- Students sign up for a 3 month or a 6 month course after a first introductory lesson which is not compulsory. However music lessons can be purchased separetaly if a student wishes to receive lessons before the beginning of a course.
- The lessons are fixed appointments and cannot change once they are booked.
- Monies cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
- No lesson booked can be re-arranged or rescheduled.
- Students need to give Grubser's a one month notice before the end of the first course booked. If Grubser's did not receive the written notice on time the course will automatically be renewed.
- In the unlikely and rare case that a tutor cannot attend a lesson a substitute teacher will be arranged or the lesson will be rescheduled if the short notice did not give the possibility to the teacher to hire a substitute teacher.
- In the unlikely case that a tutor cannot teach at Grubser's anymore, the tutor will be replaced by a suitable tutor and the lessons will continue as normal.
- If a client cannot attend a lesson due to any reason whatsoever, the lesson will not be made up and no monies shall be deducted or reimbursed.
